Meet the operations team
JUSTIN BANCROFT
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Single handedly founding Approved Valeting at the age of 19, Justin has worked his way up from being a 7-year-old with a dream of working in the motor industry, to a 15-year-old YTS mechanic, a car valeter and now Managing Director of his own company. Away from the office, Justin loves nothing more than fast cars, football, and holidays.
KARL TROPPER
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Karl started with us 13 years ago as a lead valeter, progressing his way to team leader, site supervisor, national operations manager and now, National Operations Director. Karl is responsible for all quality control, productivity checks and customer satisfaction. Another family man, Karl loves nothing more than spending time with his children, listening to reggae music and getting stuck into anything and everything to do with the 80’s. He’s also a talented car detailer.
ADELE HENRY
NATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Adele oversees our business development, expanding our integrated valeting services to new customers nationwide. With over 16 years of experience in this sector, her wealth of knowledge allows her to ensure our services integrate smoothly and efficiently to your individual requirements to deliver effective customer and business performance. When not on the job you can find Adele exploring the UK coastline with Salvador, her adorable miniature dachshund.
GARY PEASNALL
SOUTHERN DIVISIONAL PROJECT MANAGER
Gary is our Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in the motor industry, working his way up from the workshop to the boardroom. Working closely with our clients, both old and new, he will ensure you are getting the service you desire to achieve optimum results. An avid football fan, Gary is a qualified football coach. Away from work, you can find him training children and adults alike in the beautiful game or restoring and riding his Lambretta scooters.
DAVE TAYLOR
HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER
Dave is in charge of all thing’s health and safety. Working his way up from the shopfloor to becoming a technical member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, means Dave has the experience and knowledge to judge an unsafe environment. All our work is carried out in the safest way possible thanks to Dave. A family man, Dave loves time with his wife and four teenagers, whether that’s catching a movie or show, enjoying a meal out or a takeaway at home.
OLIVER BANCROFT
NATIONAL SUPPORT MANAGER
Oliver helps support our management team and if you hadn’t guessed from his last name, is the future of Approved Valeting. As part of the COVID generation, school ended abruptly for Oliver, fortunately he was given the chance to work alongside his father, learning the ropes of the family business. Outside of work, Oliver enjoys socialising, traveling, and playing for local football teams.

Our history
1994
COMPANY FOUNDED
Approved Valeting was founded by owner and Managing Director, Justin Bancroft. With a vision to change the way the industry served customers, Justin initially provided dealerships with pitch car and display services, before expanding into valeting new, used and service vehicles throughout the Midlands.
2004
TEAM EXPANSION
Continuously working and expanding, Approved Valeting increased its client list to include some of the top 20 automotive groups in the Midlands and was now working with a team of over 100 operatives.
2014
LOGISTICS LAUNCH
Expanding further and branching into the logistics sector, Approved Valeting began working with auction houses and dealerships including BCA, Manheim, Ford Direct and more. A rebrand allowed Approved Valeting to reposition into the prestige valeting sector and start to change the business culture from within.
2019
NATIONAL CONTRACTS
Approved Valeting were awarded a lucrative contract with a large national vehicle supermarket, this led to a new company structure and management team being introduced.
2020 - 2023
MARKETING DRIVE
A new marketing sector was launched at Approved Valeting to help further promote and continue the company recognition as a prestigious valeting company.
